Hey y’all! Brittney here. Welcome to my online magazine, Get the Training Edge! I have been a personal trainer for nine years and I love my job. I think fitness is important for everyone and should be accessible to people at all ability levels. I wanted to start a blog that will appeal to trainers, fitness buffs, and that guy who just wants to get off the couch and do something.
